The island nation of Indonesia contains many exotic and spectacular places to take a holiday to. One of the most renowned of these holiday spots is the celebrated island of Bali. Bali is filled with vibrant cities and fascinating landmarks to visit. Denpasar, the capital and largest city of Bali, is home to many attractions and sites of interest. Jimbaran, in South Bali, is a beautiful seaside city that offers plenty of surf and sun. The city boasts some of Bali’s finest beaches, known for their calm waters and miles of golden sand. Jimbaran is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, water sports and watching some of the most spectacular sunsets in the South Pacific. Its seafood and shopping scenes are among the best in Indonesia.

Amed is a region renowned for its black sand beaches and phenomenal diving opportunities. Much quieter than Bali’s main cities, Amed is filled with quaint fishing villages and offers a glimpse into rural island life.

The Bukit Peninsula in southern Bali also offers much to see. This region is home to great surfing, golden beaches and the spectacular cliff-side Uluwatu Temple, one of the most marvelous sites in all of Indonesia.
